    材料:

    • 2湯匙大蒜粉
    • 1湯匙鹽
    • 1湯匙洋蔥粉
    • 1湯匙乾牛至
    • 1湯匙乾百里香
    • 1湯匙紅椒粉
    • 1湯匙黑胡椒
    • 2 1/2茶匙紅椒粉
    • 4片比目魚魚片(每片4盎司)
    • 2湯匙黃油

    製作說明:

    1. 在一個大淺盤中,將前8種材料混合。將魚片分兩次放入盤中,翻轉魚片,使其均勻裹上調味料。
    2. 在大鑄鐵平底鍋中,用中火將魚片放入黃油中煎煮,直到魚肉用叉子輕鬆分開,每面煎3-4分鐘。
