如何在海鮮薑汁中烹製黑鱈魚?
材料:
- 4 x OCEAN CATCH US 帶皮黑鱈魚排 (300G)
製作說明:
- 將醬油、米醋、鮮薑、蔥和蜂蜜放入小碗中攪拌均勻。這可以提前 1 天完成。蓋好並冷卻。食用前將薑汁調至室溫。
- 將烤箱預熱至 450°F。在小碗中將海鮮醬和辣椒醬攪拌在一起。在厚重的耐熱平底鍋中用中高溫加熱油。加入鱈魚,帶皮的一面朝上。煮 2 分鐘,然後將鱈魚翻過來。用勺子將海鮮混合物澆在魚上,均分。
- 轉移到烤箱烘烤,直到魚在中心變得不透明,大約 5 分鐘。裝盤,用勺子把薑汁混合在魚上,和米飯一起上桌。
