    如何用茴香和西紅柿準備黑安格斯西冷牛排?

    材料:

    • 2湯匙新鮮大蒜,擦成蒜末
    • 四塊400克牛腰肉牛排
    • 胡椒
    • 2湯匙新鮮大蒜,擦成蒜末
    • 1/4杯細擦洋蔥
    • 1/4杯細擦胡蘿蔔
    • 3湯匙低鈉醬油
    • 3湯匙清酒
    • 3湯匙味醂(米酒)

    製作說明:

    1. 將烤箱預熱至425°F(約220°C)。使用大號鑄鐵平底鍋,加入油加熱。將牛排兩面均勻撒上鹽和胡椒。用中高火將2塊牛排煎至兩面呈金黃色,每面約煎5分鐘,若喜歡三分熟或五分熟可略微縮短時間。將牛排取出,靜置,剩餘的2塊牛排同樣處理。將4塊牛排放回鍋中,放入烤箱烤約8分鐘,直到即時溫度計顯示125°F(約52°C)為三分熟。取出後靜置10分鐘。
    2. 將鍋中除去剩餘3湯匙的肉汁。加入大蒜,用中火煮並攪拌,直到香氣四溢,約30秒。加入剩餘的材料,繼續煮並攪拌,直到醬汁濃縮變稠,約2分鐘。將牛排逆紋切薄片,將醬汁澆在牛排上,搭配蒸米飯一起上桌。
