如何準備黑安格斯三文魚牛排鐵板炒?
材料:
- 2 x 澳大利亞特級黑安格斯西冷牛排(沙朗,MS 2+,約 2.5 厘米厚,400 克)
製作說明:
- 從包裝中取出牛排,使其達到室溫。
- 西蘭花修剪,將較大的西蘭花莖縱向切成兩半,然後放入耐熱碗中並蓋上沸水。放置 10 分鐘,然後瀝乾並放在一側。
- 將紅洋蔥和大蒜去皮切碎,然後將薑去皮切碎。
- 將牛排逆紋切成手指大小的條狀,用海鹽和黑胡椒調味。
