如何準備烤肉辣椒肉眼牛排?

- 首先,從商店買回牛排後,將牛排放在盤子上,兩面撒上大量的鹽。然後將牛排放入冰箱,保持裸露狀態過夜。如果當天製作,不必擔心,立即撒鹽即可。
- 同時,烤製前讓牛排靜置1小時,使其回到室溫。
- 將烤架預熱至中高火。
- 在牛排兩面淋上橄欖油,並撒上鹽、胡椒和辣味調味料。
- 接著,將牛排放在熱烤架上,每面烤7分鐘。
- 烹煮過程中不要觸碰牛排,除非翻面,這樣可以形成美味的外殼。
- 烤好後用鋁箔覆蓋牛排,靜置10-15分鐘,使肉汁充分滲入牛排。
