蜜汁燒烤牛肋排食譜

蜂蜜釉燒烤牛肋條是最受大眾歡迎的菜餚!嫩滑的煙燻牛肋條塗有甜美濃鬱的蜂蜜釉,非常適合您下次燒烤或聚會。
如何準備蜜汁燒烤牛肋排?
材料:
製作說明:
- 預熱烤箱至275°F(約135°C)。
- 將大蒜粉、洋蔥粉、煙燻紅椒粉、鹽和黑胡椒混合成調味粉。
- 將調味粉均勻地塗抹在牛肋條肉上。
- 將牛肋條肉放入烤盤,並用鋁箔蓋住。
- 將牛肉放入預熱好的烤箱,烘烤3-4小時,直到牛肉變得嫩滑,幾乎從骨頭上脫落。
- 在牛肉烹調時,將燒烤醬、蜂蜜和蘋果醋混合製成光澤醬。
- 3-4小時後,取下烤盤上的鋁箔,並用光澤醬刷在牛肋條肉上。
- 將牛肉放回烤箱,繼續烘烤10-15分鐘,直到光澤醬變得焦糖化且粘稠。
- 從烤箱取出,靜置幾分鐘後即可享用牛肋條肉。
