蜂蜜釉燒烤牛肋條是最受大眾歡迎的菜餚!嫩滑的煙燻牛肋條塗有甜美濃鬱的蜂蜜釉,非常適合您下次燒烤或聚會。


如何準備蜜汁燒烤牛肋排?

材料:

  • 2磅牛肋條肉
  • 1湯匙大蒜粉
  • 1湯匙洋蔥粉
  • 2茶匙煙燻紅椒粉
  • 1茶匙鹽
  • 1茶匙黑胡椒粉
  • 1/2杯燒烤醬
  • 1/4杯蜂蜜
  • 1/4杯蘋果醋

製作說明:

  1. 預熱烤箱至275°F(約135°C)。
  2. 將大蒜粉、洋蔥粉、煙燻紅椒粉、鹽和黑胡椒混合成調味粉。
  3. 將調味粉均勻地塗抹在牛肋條肉上。
  4. 將牛肋條肉放入烤盤,並用鋁箔蓋住。
  5. 將牛肉放入預熱好的烤箱,烘烤3-4小時,直到牛肉變得嫩滑,幾乎從骨頭上脫落。
  6. 在牛肉烹調時,將燒烤醬、蜂蜜和蘋果醋混合製成光澤醬。
  7. 3-4小時後,取下烤盤上的鋁箔,並用光澤醬刷在牛肋條肉上。
  8. 將牛肉放回烤箱,繼續烘烤10-15分鐘,直到光澤醬變得焦糖化且粘稠。
  9. 從烤箱取出,靜置幾分鐘後即可享用牛肋條肉。
