如何準備香草脆焗鯊魚?😍😍🌈🌈
材料:
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至 200°C (400°F)。
- 用紙巾拍乾鯊魚塊。兩面都用鹽和胡椒調味。
- 在碗中加入麵包糠、帕馬森起司、歐芹、蒔蘿、蒜茸、檸檬皮,以及少許鹽和胡椒。滴入 1 湯匙橄欖油,拌勻。
- 將鯊魚塊放在烤盤中。將餘下的橄欖油和檸檬汁淋在魚塊上。將香草麵包屑混合物均勻鋪在每片魚塊上,輕輕按壓使其黏住。
- 在預熱好的烤箱中烘烤約 15-20 分鐘,直到魚肉熟透,麵皮呈金黃色。
- 從烤箱中取出,上菜時配上檸檬片。
