- 1 包 OCEAN CATCH 新西蘭無皮約翰多利魚片
製作說明:
- 將烤箱預熱至 180C (350F)。
- 在耐烤盤或平底鍋上塗上橄欖油,然後將帶皮的魚放入盤中。烘烤 10-15 分鐘(對於較厚的魚片,您需要稍長的時間)。通過將叉子插入魚肉來測試您的魚——如果有阻力,則需要煮更長的時間。如果叉子很容易推入和取出,則表示魚片已準備就緒。
