如何準備烤 CAJUN 雞胸肉?
材料:
- 4 x 澳大利亞天然雞胸肉(去皮和去骨,400 克)
製作說明:
- 預熱烤箱至450°F
- 用肉槌或擀麵杖,將每塊雞胸肉的最厚處打至約 1.5 厘米。使它們的厚度都相同,以確保均勻烹飪。
- 混合卡津調味料、紅糖和鹽(如果使用)。
- 在烤盤上鋪上羊皮紙或鋁箔紙。或者,直接在烤盤中烘烤。
- 將雞肉倒入鍋中,拌入調味料。淋上油並在各處塗抹調味料,使其均勻塗抹。
