如何準備烤黃油龍蝦尾?

材料:

  • 4個龍蝦尾
  • 4湯匙無鹽奶油
  • 3瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 1湯匙檸檬汁
  • 1湯匙切碎的香菜
  • 2湯匙橄欖油
  • 適量鹽和胡椒調味

製作說明:

  1. 將龍蝦尾解凍。
  2. 使用廚房剪刀,從龍蝦殼頂部中央剪開。
  3. 輕輕打開龍蝦殼。
  4. 將奶油、大蒜、檸檬汁、香菜和橄欖油混合於碗中,攪拌均勻。
  5. 將混合醬汁倒入龍蝦殼中,讓其醃製。
  6. 將烤箱預熱至200度。
