如何準備豬絞肉炒麵?

材料:

  • 1份 澳洲優質豬肉碎 (300克)
  • 3湯匙芝麻油
  • 350克雞蛋麵
  • 中等大小的薑塊,去皮並切碎
  • 3瓣大蒜,壓碎
  • 320克炒菜蔬
  • 4湯匙低鹽醬油
  • 2茶匙粟粉
  • 4湯匙甜辣醬

製作說明:

  1. 在炒鍋或煎鍋中加熱芝麻油。加入豬肉碎,用勺子將其弄散,以大火煎炒約8分鐘,至呈金褐色。在煮肉的同時,燒一壺水,將熱水倒在麵條上,靜置5-10分鐘至變軟。
  2. 將薑、大蒜和蔬菜加入鍋中,翻炒2-3分鐘。將1湯匙醬油和粟粉混合成糊狀。加入剩餘的醬油、甜辣醬和2湯匙水。瀝乾麵條,與醬汁一起加入鍋中。煮至醬汁均勻裹在麵條上,如需可加入少量水調整濃稠度,然後即可上菜。
