- 1包(8盎司)乾意大利麵
- 2湯匙花生油
- 16隻大蝦,去殼去腸泥
- 1/2杯乾雪利酒
- 1湯匙芝麻油
- 4瓣大蒜,切碎
- 1茶匙薑泥
- 1/2杯雞湯
- 2湯匙低鈉醬油
- 1湯匙是拉差醬
- 1湯匙無鹽黃油
- 1顆萊姆,榨汁
- 2根青蔥,切碎
- 1湯匙烤芝麻
製作說明:
- 將一大鍋加了少許鹽的水煮沸。在沸水中煮意大利麵,偶爾攪拌,直至麵條熟而有嚼勁,約12分鐘。
- 同時,在大煎鍋中以中高火加熱花生油。將蝦煎至開始變硬,每面約2分鐘。將蝦取出,放在盤子上。
- 在煎鍋中加入雪利酒、芝麻油、大蒜和薑泥。煮至香味四溢,約2分鐘。加入雞湯、醬油和是拉差醬。煮約4分鐘。加入黃油並讓其融化,約1分鐘。
- 將蝦放回煎鍋中,煮4分鐘。關火並加入萊姆汁攪拌。
- 將意大利麵瀝乾,分裝到4個盤子中。將煎鍋中的醬汁均勻地分配到每個盤子上,並在每盤上放4隻蝦。用青蔥和芝麻裝飾。
