如何準備氣炸迷迭香大蒜羊扒? 😍😍🌈🌈

- 將羊架拍乾,切成單塊
- 在一個大碗中加入橄欖油、切碎的迷迭香、大蒜粉(或蒜末)、鹽和黑胡椒。 加入羊扒,輕輕翻拌,使其裹上醃泡汁。 蓋上碗蓋,將羊肉在冰箱中醃製約 1 小時或過夜。
- 將氣炸鍋預熱至 380°F/195°C 4 分鐘。在氣炸鍋的籃子或託盤上噴上防油噴霧劑,以防沾黏
- 將羊扒單層放入氣炸鍋籃或託盤中,確保不會重疊
- 將羊扒在 380°F/195°C 的溫度下空炸 8 分鐘。翻轉羊扒,繼續用空氣炸 3-6 分鐘,直到達到您喜歡的熟度。
- 烤熟後,將羊扒從氣炸鍋中取出,靜置幾分鐘。
