- 400克黑安格斯沙朗牛排,切成1/2英寸的方塊
- 200克蘑菇,清洗乾淨並切半
- 30毫升融化的奶油或橄欖油
- 5毫升喼汁
- 2.5毫升大蒜粉
- 海鹽,適量
- 新鮮現磨黑胡椒,適量
- 切碎的香菜
- 辣椒碎
製作說明:
- 將牛排方塊沖洗乾淨並徹底拍乾。將牛排方塊和蘑菇放入碗中。另取一個碗,將融化的奶油(或橄欖油)、喼汁、大蒜粉、鹽和胡椒攪拌均勻。將混合物倒在牛排和蘑菇上,拌勻使其均勻裹上醬汁。
- 將氣炸鍋預熱至400°F (200°C)持續4分鐘。
- 將牛排和蘑菇均勻鋪在氣炸鍋的籃子中。以400°F (200°C)氣炸10-18分鐘,烹飪過程中搖晃並翻動牛排和蘑菇2次。烹飪時間取決於您喜好的熟度、牛排的厚度以及氣炸鍋的大小。如需更熟的牛排,可額外延長烹飪時間2-5分鐘。
