如何準備辣根牛肉和薑?

材料:

  • 1 1/2磅牛里脊肉(切成薄片)
  • 4根大青蔥(切成1.5英寸段)
  • 1湯匙新鮮薑
  • 1 1/2湯匙第戎芥末
  • 1湯匙蜂蜜
  • 1/4杯醬油
  • 1/4杯水
  • 1/4茶匙猶太鹽
  • 1/2茶匙黑胡椒粉
  • 1/4杯菜籽油

製作說明:

  1. 在中等大小的碗中,將牛肉和青蔥混合。
  2. 將除油以外的所有剩餘材料加入攪拌機中,攪拌至順滑。
  3. 將牛肉和醃料充分混合,放入冰箱醃製4-6小時。
  4. 在大煎鍋中用高火加熱油。當油熱時,加入醃製好的牛肉。翻炒5-7分鐘,直到牛肉熟透。牛肉會釋放出大量的水分,繼續煮至液體幾乎完全蒸發即可。
