如何煮正宗港式皮蛋豬肉粥?

材料:

  • 1份生白米(或熟白米)
  • 1顆皮蛋
  • 少量豬肉(邊角料)
  • 少量普通麵粉
  • 少量薑(切碎)
  • 1湯匙中國雞湯粉
  • 1茶匙麻油
  • 少量青蔥(切碎)

製作說明:

  1. 將皮蛋切成小塊,如照片所示。薑和青蔥也切碎。
  2. 將豬肉邊角料切成小塊,並裹上一點麵粉。
  3. 將米洗淨後放入鍋中,加入600毫升水。你也可以使用預先煮好的米飯。
  4. 先用大火將水煮沸,然後轉小火煮。如果水位過低,可以隨時補水。
  5. 煮10分鐘後,加入豬肉和薑。
  6. 再煮10分鐘後,加入皮蛋和雞湯粉,繼續煮2分鐘。最後,輕輕攪入麻油,然後關火。
  7. 將粥盛入碗中,撒上青蔥裝飾即可享用。
