如何準備香港牛肉麵?
材料:
3 大蒜丁
1 杯 牛肉薄片
6片生薑切成薄片
4 湯匙 紹興酒
3 湯匙 油
風味十足的醬汁可選A
4 大匙 商店買的韓國牛肉醃料
4 大匙 商店買的瓶裝辣照燒醬
或使用簡單的醬汁可選B
3 大匙 黑醬油
4 湯匙 生抽
麵條
1 大匙 油
4杯大豆麵或米粉或烏龍麵
蔬菜
1 大片新鮮紅辣椒
1 杯 豆芽
1 新鮮香菜/蔥
製作說明:
煮麵條:將水煮沸後加入醬油麵,小火煮3分鐘,然後瀝乾水分,加入1湯匙油拌勻,放置備用。
在平底鍋中加油,加入大蒜和薑炒1分鐘,然後加入紅辣椒和薄切牛肉,炒至90%熟。
加入調味醬A和煮好的醬油麵,攪拌均勻。
再加入紹興酒,拌勻後加入香菜葉,關火,立即上桌。
