如何準備大蒜是拉差豬肉炒?

材料:

  • 1磅豬絞肉
  • 1湯匙菜籽油
  • 2瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 1顆洋蔥,切片
  • 1根茄子,切成半月形
  • 1根紅甜椒,切條
  • 1/4杯醬油
  • 2湯匙紅糖
  • 4茶匙莎莎辣醬
  • 1/2磅四季豆,切成2英寸長
  • 1/2杯新鮮香菜,切碎

製作說明:

  1. 在大平底鍋中用中高火將豬絞肉煎至變色,用木勺將肉打散。將豬肉轉移到盤子中備用。
  2. 將鍋放回中火,加入油加熱。加入大蒜和洋蔥炒至軟化,約4分鐘,然後將火調至中高火,加入茄子和紅甜椒翻炒2至3分鐘。
  3. 同時,在小碗中混合醬油、紅糖和莎莎辣醬,然後倒入平底鍋,加入四季豆和豬肉。翻炒至四季豆呈亮綠色,肉加熱透。
