如何準備蔥炒肉?
材料:
400克豬臀肉
5厘米薑
1個洋蔥
2湯匙食用油
5根青蔥
50毫升水
1湯匙蠔油
1湯匙生抽
1湯匙玉米粉
1茶匙芝麻油
1/2茶匙糖
製作說明:
將豬臀肉切成薄片。
用蠔油、生抽、芝麻油、糖和玉米粉醃製豬肉片30分鐘或更長時間。
將薑切成薄片,洋蔥切成塊狀,青蔥切成約6厘米長的段。
在鍋中加熱2湯匙食用油,將薑和洋蔥炒至香氣四溢。
加入豬肉,用大火翻炒至均勻混合。加入50毫升水,煮至豬肉熟透。
最後加入青蔥,翻炒約3分鐘。盛盤上桌。
