如何準備爆炸豬牛春卷?

材料:

內餡

  • 1/4公斤牛絞肉
  • 1/4公斤豬絞肉
  • 6根西班牙香腸(切碎)
  • 1根中等大小胡蘿蔔(磨碎)
  • 2顆大洋蔥(切碎)
  • 5瓣大蒜(切碎)
  • 1/2杯切達起司(磨碎)
  • 2湯匙洋蔥粉
  • 2茶匙紅椒粉
  • 1茶匙黑胡椒
  • 1/2茶匙鹽
  • 2茶匙辣椒粉(可選)
  • 2湯匙牛至
  • 3湯匙伍斯特醬
  • 2湯匙蠔油
  • 2顆中等大小雞蛋

包裹炸辣椒卷

  • 春卷皮
  • 2茶匙玉米澱粉溶於水中
  • 大或中等大小的青辣椒

製作說明:

  1. 將所有內餡材料混合,並以中火煮15至20分鐘。
  2. 煮好內餡後,放涼,並將青辣椒的籽去除。
  3. 將內餡填入去籽的辣椒中,然後用春卷皮包裹。使用玉米澱粉水混合物封口。
  4. 用菜籽油將炸辣椒卷(Dynamite)炸至金黃酥脆。上桌享用。
