Dynamite食譜

材料:

for the filling

  • 1/4 kg ground beef
  • 1/4 kg ground pork
  • 6 Chorizo (finely chopped)
  • 1 medium carrot (grated)
  • 2 large onions (finely chopped)
  • 5 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oregano
  • 3 tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 medium eggs

for wrapping the dynamite

  • Spring roll wrapper
  • 2 tsp cornstarch dissolved in water
  • Large or medium green chili

製作說明:

  1. For the filling, mix all the ingredients and cook it to medium heat for 15 to 20 mins.
  2. Let it cool after cooking the filling while removing the seeds of the chili.
  3. Add the filling to the chili that has no seeds. And wrap it using spring roll wrapper. Use cornstarch water mixture to seal the wrapper.
  4. Deep fry the dynamite using canola oil. Serve and eat.
