如何準備 Dak Galbi 衍生品?
材料:
牛肉塊(原本使用雞肉)
醃料
1湯匙韓式辣椒醬(gochujang)
2湯匙紅辣椒粉(我使用了普通的辣椒粉)
1湯匙醬油
1.5湯匙味醂
1湯匙蜂蜜
1湯匙芝麻油
0.5英寸薑末
4瓣大蒜,磨碎
烹飪
上述醃料的1/4
1湯匙食用油
1/2顆白菜,切細
1.5根胡蘿蔔,切薄片
1顆大洋蔥
1顆紅薯
適量鹽、黑胡椒和糖
製作說明:
在大碗中混合「醃料」中的所有材料。用3/4的醃料醃製牛肉,保留1/4稍後烹飪使用。
從醃料中取出牛肉,在食用油中用小火煮至約3/4熟,大約2至4分鐘。
將蔬菜(包括洋蔥)和剩餘的醃料一起加入鍋中,與牛肉同煮,直到熟透。
用鹽、黑胡椒和糖調味,依個人口味調整。可配米飯享用。
