如何準備中式豆腐和肉末?
材料:
2瓣大蒜,切碎
2湯匙橄欖油
1磅豬絞肉
1包(14盎司)嫩豆腐,切塊
1湯匙辣豆豉醬
醬油適量
2湯匙乾雪利酒
1束青蔥,切碎
製作說明:
在大平底鍋中用中高火加熱橄欖油,煮大蒜至微微變棕且香味四溢。
加入豬絞肉,炒至變成棕色,不時攪拌以打散肉塊。
加入豆腐,將火力調至中火,加熱約三分鐘,不時攪拌。
用豆豉醬、醬油、雪利酒和青蔥調味,拌勻即可。
