如何準備中式烤豬肉?

材料:

  • 4磅帶骨豬肉烤肉
  • 2瓣大蒜,切碎
  • 3/4杯醬油
  • 1/2茶匙薑粉
  • 1/2杯乾雪利酒
  • 1湯匙玉米澱粉
  • 1/3杯蜂蜜
  • 1湯匙水

製作說明:

  1. 醃製: 用叉子在肉的多肉部分刺孔,將豬肉放入大塑料袋中。在中碗中混合醬油、雪利酒、蜂蜜、大蒜和薑,攪拌均勻後倒入裝有豬肉的袋子中。擠出袋內空氣,綁緊。放入冰箱冷藏至少8小時或過夜,並不時翻轉袋子。
  2. 烘烤: 預熱烤箱至325華氏度(165攝氏度)。
  3. 從冰箱中取出豬肉和醃料。保留醃料,將豬肉從袋中取出並放在一個9x13英寸的烤盤中。將豬肉放入預熱的烤箱中烤1小時。塗刷保留的醃料,蓋上鋁箔紙並鬆鬆地覆蓋,繼續烤1.5小時(或直到內部溫度達到145華氏度(63攝氏度)),並多次塗刷醃料。
