如何準備蒜乾排骨?

材料:

  • 3磅排骨
  • 1 1/2杯紅糖
  • 1 1/2杯水
  • 4至5瓣大蒜
  • 4 1/2湯匙生抽
  • 1 1/2湯匙乾芥末粉

製作說明:

  1. 將一大鍋水煮沸,加入排骨,蓋上鍋蓋,小火煨煮30分鐘至軟嫩
  2. 在煨排骨時,將紅糖、水、大蒜、生抽和乾芥末粉放入小碗中混合
  3. 將排骨從鍋中取出,沿骨頭切開肉塊(可保留豬肉湯作他用)。清洗鍋子
  4. 將醬汁材料倒入鍋中並煮沸,加入排骨,再次煮沸後轉小火煨煮10至15分鐘,經常澆淋醬汁在排骨上
  5. 將排骨放入上菜盤中。將醬汁回鍋煮至濃稠,淋在排骨上即可食用
