How To Prepare Chinese Beef Steak?
材料:
1/2公斤牛肉
1/4杯油
5瓣大蒜
1撮鹽
2茶匙味精/Magic Sarap調味料
1杯茄汁
1/2杯紅糖
1湯匙紅椒粉/辣椒粉
2個中等大小洋蔥
製作說明:
將牛肉切薄片
在鍋中加熱油,炒香大蒜
將牛肉煎至接近炸的口感,但不要煮過頭
加入鹽和味精
拌入茄汁和紅糖,調低火候
在燉煮時加入辣椒粉
當醬汁快收乾時加入洋蔥圈,稍微煮熟
離火上碟
