How To Prepare Chinese Beef Steak?

材料:

  • 1/2公斤牛肉
  • 1/4杯油
  • 5瓣大蒜
  • 1撮鹽
  • 2茶匙味精/Magic Sarap調味料
  • 1杯茄汁
  • 1/2杯紅糖
  • 1湯匙紅椒粉/辣椒粉
  • 2個中等大小洋蔥

製作說明:

  1. 將牛肉切薄片
  2. 在鍋中加熱油,炒香大蒜
  3. 將牛肉煎至接近炸的口感,但不要煮過頭
  4. 加入鹽和味精
  5. 拌入茄汁和紅糖,調低火候
  6. 在燉煮時加入辣椒粉
  7. 當醬汁快收乾時加入洋蔥圈,稍微煮熟
  8. 離火上碟
