如何準備廣式牛肉蓋飯?

材料:

  • 3粒大蒜,切碎
  • 1杯薄切牛肉
  • 6片薄切薑
  • 4湯匙紹興酒
  • 3湯匙油

製作說明:

  1. 將炒鍋/煎鍋置於中高火,加少許油(1-2湯匙)。加入牛肉,炒至微微變棕色,同時將其弄碎成小塊。
  2. 當牛肉在變色時,清洗並切碎洋蔥和大蒜。當牛肉剛變棕時,加入洋蔥、大蒜和紹興酒/雪莉酒。
  3. 煮至洋蔥變透明,然後加入雞湯,煮滾後加入蠔油、醬油、芝麻油和黑胡椒粉。
  4. 將火調至慢火,蓋上蓋子,燉煮10分鐘(像我這個花俏的蓋子?)。揭蓋,加入青豆或青豆和紅蘿蔔,翻炒1分鐘。
