材料:

  • 4個蘿蔔(約1 1/2磅)
  • 3根大胡蘿蔔
  • 3片薑
  • 2根青蔥
  • 2湯匙油,或根據需要調整
  • 2磅無骨燉牛肉,切塊
  • 3杯牛肉湯
  • 1杯水
  • 2湯匙米酒或乾雪莉酒
  • 3湯匙老抽
  • 1湯匙生抽
  • 1湯匙紅糖

製作說明:

  1. 將蘿蔔切成小塊。去皮胡蘿蔔,並以斜切法切成1英寸的段。切碎薑,將青蔥切成三段。
