如何準備蠔油高麗菜牛肉?

材料:

  • 250克牛肉(切薄片)
  • 200克白菜

醃料

  • 1湯匙淡醬油
  • 1湯匙玉米粉

醬汁(在碗中混合均勻)

  • 2湯匙蠔油
  • 1杯水
  • 1茶匙玉米粉

炒製

  • 2-3湯匙食用油
  • 20克大蒜(切碎)
  • 20克薑(切碎)

製作說明:

  1. 醃製
  2. 用醬油和玉米粉醃製牛肉。充分混合後放置30分鐘或更長時間。

烹煮牛肉

  1. 準備好後,將3湯匙食用油加熱至燙,放入薑和蒜煮至香味四溢(約10秒)。
  2. 加入牛肉,煮至兩面呈棕色(每面約1分鐘)。

加入醬汁和蔬菜

  1. 接著加入預先混合好的醬汁,充分攪拌。
  2. 然後加入白菜,充分混合。蓋上鍋蓋煮1分鐘。

上菜

  1. 打開鍋蓋並攪拌菜餚。關火,盛盤上桌。
