如何準備蠔油高麗菜牛肉?
材料:
250克牛肉(切薄片)
200克白菜
醃料
1湯匙淡醬油
1湯匙玉米粉
醬汁(在碗中混合均勻)
2湯匙蠔油
1杯水
1茶匙玉米粉
炒製
2-3湯匙食用油
20克大蒜(切碎)
20克薑(切碎)
製作說明:
醃製
用醬油和玉米粉醃製牛肉。充分混合後放置30分鐘或更長時間。
烹煮牛肉
準備好後,將3湯匙食用油加熱至燙,放入薑和蒜煮至香味四溢(約10秒)。
加入牛肉,煮至兩面呈棕色(每面約1分鐘)。
加入醬汁和蔬菜
接著加入預先混合好的醬汁,充分攪拌。
然後加入白菜,充分混合。蓋上鍋蓋煮1分鐘。
上菜
打開鍋蓋並攪拌菜餚。關火,盛盤上桌。
