如何準備牛肉炒飯?
材料:
醃料
1 1/2湯匙生抽
1湯匙米酒(或乾雪利酒)
1/2茶匙糖
1/2茶匙芝麻油
1茶匙玉米澱粉
1磅牛腩,逆紋切成1/4英寸厚片
米粉
8盎司鮮嫩玉米
2瓣大蒜
1/2磅鮮河粉
2湯匙油
1湯匙黑豆醬
1湯匙蠔油
可選調味
生抽(依個人口味調整)
製作說明:
醃製牛肉
準備所有材料。
在大碗中混合生抽、老抽、米酒、糖、芝麻油和玉米澱粉。
加入牛肉條,醃製至少15分鐘。
準備蔬菜和河粉
準備所有材料。
在牛肉醃製的同時,準備嫩玉米(以及任何其他蔬菜),用冷水沖洗後瀝乾,並對半切開。
剝皮並切碎大蒜。
如果使用冷藏的河粉,請用溫水沖洗以便散開。
將河粉切成1/2至3/4英寸寬的條狀。
烹調
牛肉醃好後,加熱炒鍋或大煎鍋,加入1湯匙油,將牛肉炒至呈棕色。
加入黑豆醬,再炒30秒。將牛肉轉移到碗中備用。
清潔炒鍋,加入剩下的1湯匙油。油熱時,加入大蒜炒至香味四溢。
