如何準備牛肉和青花菜烤肉串?

材料:

  • 1/3杯低鈉醬油
  • 1/4杯紅糖
  • 2顆萊姆汁(如果萊姆較大可用1顆),額外供上桌時使用
  • 1湯匙薑粉
  • 1磅沙朗牛排,切成小方塊
  • 2杯西蘭花小朵
  • 2湯匙初榨橄欖油
  • 新鮮黑胡椒,研磨
  • 青蔥,裝飾用

製作說明:

  1. 將烤架預熱至中高火。在小碗中,攪拌醬油、紅糖、萊姆汁和薑粉。加入牛排塊,拌勻後放入冰箱醃製,至少15分鐘,最多可達2小時。
  2. 在另一碗中,將西蘭花小朵拌上橄欖油。
  3. 將牛排和西蘭花串在烤串上,並均勻撒上黑胡椒調味。
  4. 烤製過程中偶爾翻轉,烤至牛排達到五分熟,約8分鐘。
  5. 擠上萊姆汁,撒上青蔥作裝飾,即可上桌享用。
