如何準備地道的廣東麵?
材料:
配料
1/8個大白菜
1/3根胡蘿蔔
1個青椒
8顆鵪鶉蛋
1/2個洋蔥
1/2包豆芽
2至4克木耳
200克薄切豬肋肉
湯底
1.5公升水
2至3湯匙中式湯粉
4湯匙醬油
4至6湯匙蠔油
少許胡椒粉
其他
1份馬鈴薯澱粉水(片栗粉水)
4份拉麵
製作說明:
將配料切成小塊。將木耳用熱水泡開至回軟。
把豬肋肉放入平底鍋中翻炒至熟。
加入其餘配料,輕輕翻炒至均勻裹上油。
在鍋中加入湯底材料,調整醬油和蠔油的用量,適合自己的口味,也可以加鹽調味。
當蔬菜煮熟後,加入溶解的片栗粉水,攪拌至湯汁達到自己喜歡的濃稠度。我個人偏好湯汁較濃稠。
將拉麵煮熟後盛入碗中,倒入湯底,然後即可上桌享用。
