如何準備瑪姬阿姨的粵式豬肉?

材料:

  • 2磅無骨豬肉,切成1英寸塊
  • 2湯匙沙拉油
  • 1罐14盎司鳳梨塊
  • 1罐蘑菇
  • 1/4杯醋
  • 1/3杯糖蜜
  • 2個青椒,切成條狀
  • 2個洋蔥,切成環狀
  • 1 1/2湯匙玉米澱粉
  • 2湯匙水

製作說明:

  1. 在熱油中將豬肉各面煎至金黃色。
  2. 瀝乾鳳梨和蘑菇,保留其汁液,將所有液體混合至2杯。
  3. 將液體倒入豬肉中,小火煮至豬肉變軟,約45分鐘。
  4. 拌入糖蜜和醋,攪拌均勻。
  5. 加入鳳梨、蘑菇、青椒和洋蔥,蓋上鍋蓋煮約10分鐘,保持蔬菜脆嫩。
  6. 將玉米澱粉與水混合,倒入鍋中攪拌煮至濃稠。
