亞洲燒烤漢堡
材料:
1磅碎牛肉
1/2 茶匙大蒜粉
1/4 杯切碎的洋蔥
1/2 茶匙紅辣椒片,或品嚐
2湯匙海鮮醬
1/4 茶匙薑末
1湯匙亞洲風味是拉差智利大蒜醬
鹽和黑胡椒粉調味
1茶匙亞洲(烤)芝麻油
製作說明:
預熱烤架至中火,並輕輕在烤架上塗油。
在碗中混合牛肉末、青蔥、海鮮醬、是拉差醬、芝麻油、大蒜粉、紅辣椒片、薑、鹽和黑胡椒,攪拌均勻。
將肉混合物分成四等份,將每一份揉成漢堡肉餅。
將肉餅放在預熱好的烤架上烤,每面約烤10分鐘,直到肉變成棕色且內部不再呈粉紅色即可。
