材料:
4 盎司 干米粉/粉絲
1 湯匙 油
1 湯匙 薑 (切碎)
1 湯匙 辣豆瓣醬
4 盎司 絞肉 (可用絞雞肉替代)
2 杯 雞湯
1/2 茶匙 糖
1 茶匙 老抽
2 茶匙 生抽
1/4 杯 蔥 (切碎)
製作說明:
將干米粉放入冷水中浸泡10分鐘。沖洗後瀝乾,備用。
在中火的炒鍋中加入油和切碎的薑。將薑煮約一分鐘,然後加入辣豆瓣醬。
再煮約一分鐘後,加入絞肉(或雞肉)。翻炒至肉完全熟透。
加入雞湯、糖、老抽和生抽。
將所有材料煮沸。沸騰後,加入粉絲和蔥。
